ERC3643 Community
Development and management of the ERC3643 Association's community platform from scratch, focused on supporting institutional adoption of this Ethereum standard. The project created a functional community infrastructure, streamlined onboarding, facilitated networking opportunities, and helped gain industry recognition that attracted organizations from both traditional finance and web3.

Community Zero-to-One: ERC3643's Institutional Network Development
Starting with nothing in place, we built a Hivebright community platform that served as the foundation for member interaction. As the primary contact for all members, we handled onboarding and maintained regular communication to address their needs and recognize their contributions.
Engagement & Visibility
The approach combined several complementary initiatives: securing coverage in Cointelegraph, organizing presence at industry events, and hosting informative webinars. In-person connections were strengthened through meetups at events like EthCC and Digital Assets Week, where community members also had opportunities to speak and share their expertise.
Relationship Management & Growth
By focusing on relationship management, consistent branding, and creating valuable engagement opportunities, the community developed a solid identity. This foundation made it natural for organizations like Chainlink, ABN AMRO Bank, Polygon, and Invesco to see value in participating.
