Privacy & data

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to personal data when you visit this website. The full legal documents are linked at the bottom.

Who is responsible

Somma Marketing (Ivie Satijn), based in Maastricht, The Netherlands, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach me at ivie@sommamarketing.com.

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers

This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner to click away.

Fonts are served from this website itself rather than from an external font CDN, so your IP address is not shared with a font provider when a page loads.

What is processed when you visit

Like any website, pages are delivered by a hosting provider that processes technical request data (such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested) in order to serve the site securely. This happens on the basis of legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.

Some content is loaded from external services when you interact with it — for example opening LinkedIn, Telegram, or an external project link. Those services apply their own privacy policies once you leave this site.

When you contact me

If you email me or reach out via LinkedIn or Telegram, I process the details you send (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) to reply and, where relevant, to discuss or deliver work. I keep that correspondence only as long as needed for the conversation, the engagement, and any legal or tax retention duties that apply.

I do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send any request to ivie@sommamarketing.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
